aaah, now it makes sense! I always lived in mountains and wanted to live by the sea, thinking it will be whole year just like on vacation! Then I lived two years right by the sea in Netherlands and it was rainy and windy most of the year 😭 two weeks of warmth and sunsets are very precious 💘 enough to recharge for the whole year:)

😄 My bad english... I mean i feel a melancholy when go back to places i go for summer vacations later in winter and see empty beaches and no people... feel nostalgic for summer. You know the place where i used to go for years and years as a kid is close to my primary home so some weekends of the year i go back there for just a coffee... 😉

The place where I was born, lived as a kid has no sea but not so far away. We were going for vaccations for 2 weeks every single year in the same place for 15-20 years. Met my summer friends there and only these days so wanted to pass quickly the year to turn back and meet them. Now I live in an island. Sun, Sea most of the year.... much better that the place I used to go as a kid... but these years as a kid had nothing more to think than play and enjoy summer. Now it's different. But once a year for sure when visiting my mom's house where i grew up, i take my family and go to my childhood unforgettable vaccation spot. So my daughters know! 😃

I am happy with my life and that's what really matters Ewe!
