The Misty Land Of Wensteria

A mysterious city known that if people goes in they never go back. Union State stated to avoid contact at all cost. An unknown smell is said to draw people inside of its gate. One man, by the name of Oscar, stated that he once entered the land and escaped. He told that city is infested by food up or down. He also said a strange trumpet noise come out on the highest building that signals the "Visitors". He escaped stabbing his arm, waking him up to reality to flee the city. What is more inside?
