Nutt's Folly, Natchez Mississippi

To this day, this octagonal unfinished mansion still stands, still unfinished. The Civil War put an end to the plans of Nutt's "mansion" and for decades, the family lived in the unfinished nine room basement, until finally, unable to pay the taxes on the property, it was signed over to the state. Even now, some members of the Nutt family have been seen, in an incorporeal state. In other words, it's haunted by at least three entities.
