Scarlet Citadel

Presiding over the town of Redtower is Constable Roch. He will be watching the party, waiting for them to slip up.    It remains to be seen precisely what his motives are, but adventurers in town must always be aware when the constable is watching.

Redtower's Mayor, Wislaw Broz, is more than happy to meet new visitors. If adventurers arrive in the town, he extends them an invitation, often plying them with food and drink. Perhaps there is more to the Mayor than kind hospitality?

The Scarlet Citadel NPC

Tobiasz is a hermit who lives in a ramshackle hut just beyond the town of Redtower. He is one of the only ones to warn adventurers and thrill seekers of the true dangers of the Citadel.
