Congrats! My artificial swan ended with 3,54 and it was very interesting to see the fluctuations - from 3,8 to 3,2 - but in the end it rose again, which was quite unusuall

It's a time of night where, if I am still awake, some interesting inspirations come visiting.

When I submitted this into the 'Eerie' challenge it did not even break above 3.0. In retrospect, I am very good with that as it's not really "eerie" to me but profoundly beautiful.

So, I re-submitted it to the Monday challenge and with five hours to go it is warmly embraced up to 3.79.

For me this is a "masterpiece." So it will make me smile if there is agreement to that impression; providing it doesn't magically drop to 2.6 fifteen minutes before the closing bell.

Oh, yes ... the best time for story details. Then and just upon waking when our wanderings through the stories are still fresh in memory.

At one point it rose up above 3.8. Then in the final hour it was suddenly 3.69.

Still it ended around 115th out of over 6,000 .. so, I guess, it is valued as a "masterpiece" by enough folks to raise a smile on these ol' cheeks.

Yes .. my initial reaction too. Something very special came through here.

This is the Surreal Nouveau prompt doing its magic and then some. It continues to surprise me.

I keep returning to it and saying out loud "It's so beautiful!"

The theme for today is "Eerie" so this may just be too subtle for what the audience is expecting but I don't do Eerie and this was fresh ... so we'll see.

I love pretty much everything you’ve published that comes from the Surreal Nouveau prompt. I would never have guessed this was from that prompt at first glance. I can see the ethereal, surrealist elements more than the nouveau. I think the prompt is as flexible as your imagination. Not surprised you don’t do eerie, but I think it’s a state of mind. I guess it’s an interpretation my entry was also not so eerie, but quirky I guess😊

In the long run, if I am being objective, the SN images will be the ones that stand out from me from this time frame. Much in the way my deep shadow portraits stand out from my 3D era 12-15 years back.

No doubt about it, the Surreal aspects always dominate and the AN aspects come through as style nuances and highlights. Of course in the middle of those two streams are the golds of Vincent's sunflowers and the textures of his brushes. It's quite an ornately crafted prompt. I doubt very much I'll ever out-do the effectiveness of it's conception.

Don't rule out your dude above. Quirky and amusing definitely get voted up in these challenges.

He is a dude and didn't get much love when I created him originally, so I thought it'd be nice to give him an outing with some fellow eerie creations 🤣😂🤣

It's funny how we imagine hindsight will be. I tend to wait and see what sticks, it changes with time in a kind of ebb and flow way. But eventually something always floats to the top, or perhaps the others don't float as much?

The SN prompt always leans more strongly into Surrealism. The AN aspects are always flourishes and nuances.

This one, though, is something new .. very new. It's a place I employ the prompt to travel to. Expect a couple more appearing before soon.

I am okay that this did not rank the other day because it's actually not Eerie to me and I wouldn't want people to consider it that way. It just seemed like a theme where people might be opened to it.

I've re-entered in in today's challenge and low & behold it is being warmly embraced so far. 3.79 with about five hours to go. I much rather prefer that I be though a "Masterpiece" for that is what it is to me among the works in this gallery.

Your fellow here may also have a place of his own. I'm thinking if you kept him as he is but asked for the scene to be regenerated as Munch's 'Scream' he'd likely be a Hit on Thursday.

The Surreal Nouveau images are something quite special to me .. visions I never would have brought through had it not been for GAI ... not in this lifetime, at least! I do not mean to under-appreciate any of the others. But many of the portraits, certainly the Faux Photographs, I could have brought through via other media. I see these visions, always have, but never considered expressing them externally before the advent of this medium. So this is why they are distinctive to me. ( if that makes sense!? )

I knew she would shine, given the right location and audience. You cannot squeeze a thoroughbred into a pony trap and expect it do well, you need to give its head and let it run, and that is what she appears to be doing or to have done depending on when you're reading this. 🤗 I'll have a look at attempting Munch's Screan, if the ai co-operates it would be awesome, but, with my luck, I'll be the one screaming 🤣 Plus, I'll be onto a new idea with a different prompt come Thursday this week, (you really must take responsibility for your actions! I've been inspired every which way with your delightful creations - especially with those moons, bears and magical creatures 🤣🧸)

I understand the distinction, and I appreciate how it feels being able to express these visions through GAI, its making a huge difference to most of us, one way or another. I'm excited to be able to create the kind of reference images I've been searching for, but I'm also equally delighted to be able to create as an ai artist. It's a wonderful medium for exploration and expression.
