Aggression Level 0 – The Silent Beginning
Level Mechanic: “The First Sound” This level introduces the core sound-based mechanics of the game. The environment reacts only when the player makes noise. Moving too fast causes floorboards to creak, interacting with objects creates subtle disturbances, and doors groan when pushed open. The player must experiment with sound carefully—though nothing chases them yet, making too much noise causes the environment to subtly shift (e.g., paintings changing positions, chairs moving slightly, doors closing on their own). The key to progressing is learning to move quietly, as this will be vital in later levels.
