I have a drinking problem too that it's been a while since last time π
Lol π Thank you....β₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈ I tend to have a drinking problem too, with coffee, cannot go without it. π
Lol π Coffee is definitely a common drinking problem... It goes well when you go out with friends, but honestly, at home, I'm not a coffee person. I've been drinking tea every morning and night, which might be my real addiction π π
I drink both tea and coffee, tea in the morning and coffee later. lol Coffee is an office worker affliction or a students' one. lol Believe it or not, but I used find that coffee tastes terrible. π
So, you're an office worker? I know how someone can rely on coffee so much when I was a student π One of my friends at the time, became immune to caffee, so he started to mix it with energy drink to stay awake (not an recommendation). Well, I still find terrible some kinds of coffee, of course there's a few exceptions.
Yeah, well kinda. I'm currently working from home since Corona. Used to be a student too, which really lets you appreciate coffee... cause the idea of lazy studeris bogus... I don't think I've ever worked that much than during thay time...
Working from home since Corona must be quite a change, do you miss going into the office, or that's better? I was a hardworking student too, well I had to be... what was your major?
It was and it wasn't. Work itself is actually better now or our team is much closer now since we chat daily and meet for the occasional videa meet. For my health it's probably less good considering that I used to commute to work by bike, so less exercise. All in all it was good, mostly because I could take better care of parents.
Oh, that's sad to hear. I thought working from home might give you more time since you don't have to commute. What made it harder to take care of your parents after the change?
Wow, never heard of it here. I was studying geological engineering at first, but then changed it to civil aviation cabin services department where I graduated.
Um. I think that was a misunderstanding. Working from home made it better or even possible in the first place.
I think it's mostly computer science from an economical point of view. I did study it on a business school not normal university.
I'm really, really sorry to hear that. I wish them rest in peace. I also apologize for not realizing it earlier π. But I'm sure theyβre still proud of you for who you are.
I can't claim to fully understand your feelings, but I can imagine how hard it must have been for you. I'm glad they're in a place of peace now, free from suffering. Youβve shown so much strength, Mia, and I'm sure they'd be proud of you for all that you've done π
Thank you β€οΈ I don't know what I can do else. I miss them every day, but well, I guess neither of them would have wanted me to give up on life. It's just pretty difficult with the paperwork and stuff.
You're absolutely right, I assume they would want you to keep living and finding joy in life, even through the tough times. I can't imagine how overwhelming all the paperwork and responsibilities must feel, but I know you can handle all. If you ever feel like sharing or need someone to listen, I'm here for you β€οΈ
Thank you β€οΈ You're great the way you are.
Thank you so much, Mia β€οΈ That really means a lot to me. I want you to know that you're wonderful too β€οΈ
Ooh, yep, I saw past tense and thought you were better take care of them before. Then, I'm glad to hear that, and happy for you β€οΈ
You didn't have to thank me, I'm just glad that you're in a better situation to look out for them now. I hope they're doing well π
It's all right, well, as much as it can ever be. Both were very sick in the end and well, I guess it was kinda a relief that they no longer had to suffer.
Alcocolins? I presume heβs slightly drunk and referring to the Tom Collins or John Collins cocktail? The idea of the TARDIS being drunk is a whole new issue. Maybe thatβs why it doesnβt always materialise where itβs supposed to!?! πππ
Lol π Yeah, well, that's an explanation of another kind. Maybe the Tardis can get drunk on vortex energy... like having a sugar rush...lol Thank you β₯οΈ
