They come out really randomly though

The finest craftsmanship is often the most frightening. A machine trained to do the dirty work of a syndicate, created with full malicious intent. It doesn’t sleep. It doesn’t eat. It hunts. Tonight the machine has a new target, Dr. Alfaro Romanez. Unluckily for him, the syndicate does not think too kindly of him. The machine doesn’t stop, and by the end of the night his soul will have left this world for the next.
