His presence spans the universe, from height and length and breadth.

He knows your habits, your addictions, and your frets.
He'll take them all when he comes by, and that's not all he gets.

For loneliness is an invitation to
his charms,
And you and all your baggage to hold tightly in his arms.
With blade held high, his bones in robe and cowl,
He'll  chase you doggedly, and
suck away. You'll howl!
You'll tell him you're not lonely now, firm in your denial.

But Death spans the universe
from height and length and breadth.
He knows you well, and you can tell when soon he swings
the scythe.

You can lock the door and
bolt it too!
And all to no avail.
You invited Death with your 
loneliness,
So start the party with all his friends; here's hoping 
It ends well.
