Kiernan Roarke was a young girl when she was abducted and trafficked into the “Toy Store,” and black market syndicate that trains and brainwashes young kids to operate as unwitting assassins. As one of the “dolls” of the store, Kiernan is being given orders using trigger words that keep her compliant by her handler known by his codename “The Spectre.”
