The Susurrus is a large, headless humanoid aberration standing 7 feet tall and weighing around 500 pounds. Its body is covered in an exoskeleton with honeycombed ducts and passages, creating a soothing, wind-like dronesong that can stupefy undead. This peaceful creature destroys undead on sight and sustains itself by drawing air through its body, which produces its characteristic dronesong audible up to a quarter-mile away. The Susurrus attacks those who wield fire, threatening its air supply, and uses its barbed defense, blindsight, and the ability to detect undead to navigate and combat threats effectively
