My suggestion to you would be remove the "Please like and follow" that you are sticking on your images. I don't think it makes anybody more inclined to like the image or follow you, and it will make some people less inclined to do so. People will like images if they like them, not because you beg them to. Since you are "newbie" some people will like your images even when they only OK because NC gives them credits and a badge for doing that. For those likes you don't need the message. And the best way to get followers is to follow people yourself. A lot of people will follow you automatically if you follow them. I hope you remove these "Please like and follow" messages. I find them annoying, personally.
