they have a phrase, "The worst form of lazyness is busyness," and consider most of our dreams and goals here on Holda to be busyness-- unproductive
we are too lazy to really deal with "life as imminent death" and fill our days with other things
the Cháruli are infinitely productive, but to them it is just a consequence of their unwavering focus on "their end" and the motivation that gives them
they also place little value on individuality and so everything they do is part of a collective whole, without the distractions of personal achievement or glory
