Shrouded Lurker

Dr. Alice Munro – "This variant is far more aggressive, likely due to the increased stress in the wreck's environment. Its method of trickery with discarded skins is not just an evolved hunting mechanism but also a psychological strategy. The creature seems to understand how fear and confusion can break down its prey."

Dr. William Henley – "We believe this Lurker variant is more adapted to hunting in low-visibility areas. The way it uses its surroundings—making the ship’s wreckage appear as though it has bodies or signs of struggle—makes it even more deadly. This is a predator that doesn't just stalk; it manipulates perception to its advantage."
