He came with some of his own to collect the fallen, waiting nearby as the invaders are cut down by the Blue Hag and the Gray Hag and her collection of the dead. He could hear the wailing of those living left behind. Crying in pain to the winter wind and a frown darkened his shadowed visage. Those that had come here to these now somber lands, would learn the price of their cold indifferent bloodlust, he would ensure that. As it stood now, he would let the black birds of The Gray Hag feast this night, before collecting the souls of those who invaded these once peaceful grounds. Their own people would go on into the Otherworld, a place of Eternal youth, beauty, and joy. "Tír na nÓg" awaited the Celtic people. For their enemies, only a cold void of death and the endless wandering would be their fate, which was a fitting end for such unwelcome rabble.
