By now you have been ushered into Heaven and into the presence of our Lord and Savior. Oh, to see our Lord face to face...to lift your eyes up and see our creator. You believed in Jesus, and your relationship with him was private and sacred. You accepted and acknowledged our savior, and that's all that is required.
Have you seen your mother yet? You argued a lot, but you loved her just the same. Have you seen your beloved father? Every 26th of December you would get a faraway stare tinged with sadness. You would turn to me and tell me that " Dad would be (age) today." I always knew when you were thinking of your dad.
Have you seen AB....yes, your comrade, your brother in arms? I have his rubbing from the Vietnam Wall. Have you clapped each other on the back and joined the line for the banquet welcoming you and others into eternal paradise?
Look in on me from time to time, and never forget that I love you,
