A young female ninja is jogging down the Yellow Brick Road to reach the Emerald City. (Then she must decide whether Ozma deserves to be assassinated.)

You might call this a prequel to one I published the other day. A cute teenage ninja is on her first solo mission: She's been offered a large fee to assassinate that "wicked tyrant," Ozma of Oz. Right now, she is jogging along the Yellow Brick Road, right through the heart of Munchkin Country, because she's been told that it will guide her to the Emerald City. Then she will do some further reconnaissance to try to determine whether the common people are really suffering terribly under Ozma's rule. (She's not quite as gullible as her first client, a cranky old Nome named Ruggedo, seems to have assumed.)
