The Ideogram model may help as it can do text.

I've looked at some other works with correct text - like this one ("Don't forget" - ) and they seem to use the Google Imagen 3.0 model.

This is cool! Unfortunately I can't help with the prompted text problems... I can get Bing's AI art creator to do text PERFECTLY, but I've never been able to get the NC AI to do it correctly. You might ask MrMaracuja, though - he just did this:
