Suiyaku Tsubasa is a mostly non-verbal autistic teenager. The reason is because he was ... mistreated by his mother as a very young child. This causes him to only be able to communicate in 2–4-word sentences at a time and with vocalizations.

Momo is a teenaged girl from a wealthy family. However, she's very kind and empathetic. She doesn't treat Suiyaku any differently than she would with neurotypical people. However, she does make a considerable effort in making sure that Suiyaku's need for quiet time or if something is bothering him is top priority.
"Sui, are you okay? Do we need to leave?"
"Oh, it's okay. Let's find something else to eat that you'll like."
"It doesn't feel very good, does it? What about this? It's much softer and smoother than the other one."
"Oh, thank you Sui! You're so sweet to do that."

The reason for the "potentially NSFW" was probably mention of sensitive topics in the prompt. None of these mature themes appear in the image which is interesting.
