Created for the Toycore leg of the challenge, I put into my prompt to make a little girl look like Princess Charlotte of Wales, who recently had a birthday. She is the same age as my younger son, which is cool. She is surrounded by so many lovely things, which I am sure she adores, so I borrowed the title from The Sound of Music classic musical and used it for my creation.

This image shows a baby doll in a bassinet and a girl resembling Princess Charlotte. It features a maximalist collage style with intricate layering and vector-like shapes, reminiscent of storybook surrealism and Impressionist portraits.

I imagine these ghosts from the Victorian Era were tragically killed on their wedding day, and they still haunt the hotel where they had been married. The title for my creation comes from this quote: "Some ghosts are so quiet you would hardly know they were there," written by Bernie Mcgill

This image depicts a spectral Victorian couple from the 1880s in a decaying, mist-filled ballroom. Painted in a faded matte oil style with layered mixed-media elements.

Created for the Fairycore leg of the quest. I've lately been obsessed with all things Victorian Era, thanks to this new podcast I've been listening to, called My Victorian Nightmare. If you love all things dark and gothic and haunted, from the mid to late 1800s, then I highly recommend this podcast to you! Elvina is a fairy name that can mean "supernatural," so I think it is fitting for my fairy. Please heed her warning and be quiet when you visit her, for you do not want to wake up the dead!

This image shows a tall, slim fairy with pale skin in a Victorian mourning dress and lace wings. She stands before a dark cottage in an enchanted wood, rendered in a whimsical, dark artistic style.
