It was a late night selfie, in edit I just screwed the contrast, lighting and stuff to its extreme levels, then thought about how AI would deal with it using 'our' prompt.  This setting turned out the best. Any higher noise just made it look horror/cartoonish, more like a stencil, not so realistic.

You nailed it, it looks like a real photo. Love it!
