Detection Using the Radio: The Echoed emit a low, fluctuating signal that sounds like faint, broken whispers interspersed with bursts of static. If you hear these irregular pulses on the radio, they are nearby. The signal tends to grow more distorted the closer they are, but be careful—if the whispers start to form coherent words, it means they’ve locked onto your location.

How to Hide: The Echoed are blind but can hear very well. When they’re near, you must avoid making noise—creeping silently and avoiding metal surfaces that might creak under your weight. They can sense vibrations through floors, so crouch and move slowly. Hiding in lockers or under furniture works, but they may still detect you if you breathe too loudly or shift too much.
