Description of Spellbinder (Delbert Billings): Spellbinder is a heartless bounty hunter who can convince anyone into committing unethical acts of violence, at least that’s what he says. He’s comfortable with the assignment given to him by Max Shrek until he finds out that The Mime is just a kid! He may be a murderer but he drew the line at kids!
