WANTED: The "Batman"

Report: Sightings of a masked viglante roaming the area of East District and South District Gotham City. Photo evidence was provided above by an unknown source, who disappeared after taking this photo. Considered armed and dangerous, any and all officers should request for back up IMMEDIATELY upon sighting.

Sources claim that suspect is dangerously skilled in hand-to-hand combat, likely has millitary training and combat tactics. Multiple witnesses have claimed that the suspect is capable of "flying" across the skies of Gotham City, though this has yet to be properly recorded. Said to throw Bat-shaped shurikens, with one having been confiscated by the GCPD. The shuriken is likely made out of titainum or another related metal.

Suspect is wanted for 15 counts of Assulat amd Battery, 4 counts of Breaking and Entering, and 8 counts of Kidnapping. If spotted, please report to the GCPD or 911 immediately
