hi Theodrome - nothing is intended as inaccessible, indeed I relate to my pictures emotionally. I draw on all I've learnt to get interesting shapes but not intending rarity or academic. Also I am trying to avoid using the names of living artists as they feel theri careers are at risk. So I have compiled a list of deceased artists I've visited lots of galleries and bought lots of arty books but it's just decades of amateur interest. Anyway using old artists does give thing a classical or old-fashioned look. I'm quite modern in my behaviour but modern things don't tend to have interesting shapes!
