Title inspired by Robin Hobb's "Assassin's Apprentice." I love fantasy but a lot feels quite cold/lacking in emotional weight. I really love Hobb's novels about Fitz, started reading them when I was 14 and reading the last book was honestly like saying goodbye to an old friend. Are there any books that make you feel like that? I might need some book recs. 😂❤

Very nice piece! As far as book recommendations, I really enjoyed the fantasy series "The School for Good and Evil" It's a unique storyline, 6 books long, and has a very layered plot that has more meaning and emotional depth the older you are, in my opinion.❤
