Kabal

Kabal is a masked vigilante and a former member of the Black Dragon criminal organization in the Mortal Kombat universe.

He was once a ruthless enforcer known for his hookswords and extreme speed, but after being left for dead, he underwent a transformation and became a force for good.

Kabal's abilities include an incredible capacity for survival, enhanced physical abilities, and the ability to control air currents to increase his speed and create shockwaves to knock opponents off balance.

He also has a powerful Nomad Dash move that allows him to close the distance between himself and his opponents quickly, making him a formidable opponent in the arena.
