PATHOLOGICAL LIAR (+ Polyphonic Prose)

You can't believe a word I say. I'll compulsively lie in elaborate and detailed ways. No intent to harm others or better myself, I still leave my truths high up on the shelves. There's nothing there to share, as a liar. The shelves continue growing higher. Everything tarnishes, grows dull, and sits without color. There lie my thick webs of layered deceit, with some even wholly indiscreet. Sometimes I'll take one lie down, dust it off, just to see, but I'm always disappointed by me.
