Why does SDXL do this so often?

SDXL BETA
Does anyone know how to prevent SDXL from rendering the image as a piece of art on a table with pens and brushes around it? It drives me crazy. I tried adding a negative prompt and it didn’t help much. I added “full-screen photo of …” and it helped once, then reverted to a print on a wall. Argh!

Enchanted Forest in Comic Book Art Style
A vibrant comic book style image of an enchanted forest. The artwork showcases smooth lines and perfect composition, reminiscent of styles seen in modern comic art.

yeah this happens all the time, the only thing I've found that makes a difference is increasing the prompt weight, when I go to 60% it happens less likely for some reason, not sure if this is a common pattern or just happing with me?
