DND Series: Living Blasphemy (Monster)

A Living Blasphemy is a huge ooze, originally a blasphemy spell cast by an evil cleric that has gained sentience. It appears as a 15-foot-tall obelisk-like pillar of utter blackness, reflecting distorted and spiteful images of its surroundings. This creature has no purpose other than the destruction of other beings. It attacks by slamming into prey or engulfing foes, subjecting them to a range of debilitating effects based on their Hit Dice, from dazing and weakening to paralysis and death. Non-evil extraplanar creatures struck or engulfed by the Living Blasphemy must succeed on a DC 20 Will save or be banished to their home plane for 24 hours. This ooze can also flow around its opponents, engulfing them and inflicting its spell effects each round.
