Instead of spamming my creator code (ADANSITO for a 15% off on Nightcafe lol) like I usually do in the description, today I want to explain my thought process to end up with the result of this image (before continuing with the explanation, I am an atheist, but I am very struck by the ways in which human beings interpret the fallen angel in art). I was exploring on the internet depictions of Lucifer and his sentence to spend eternity in Hell, when I suddenly looked at the statue of Lucifer in Marylebone and thought about the idea that Lucifer did not rule Hell, but rather that he was imprisoned in it and was unable to escape the bonds. So I had thought of replicating the opposite idea to this, the idea that Lucifer was able to realize his arrogance throughout the centuries, and at the moment in which he redeems himself from his sin, he manages to *unmoore* himself and become free once again.
