A:That change, and moreover progress, comes slowly. Unfortunately this has been a hard lesson for me to learn, and I'm not sure I've accepted it yet. Not understanding this has caused me a lot of dissonance, whether it's my own expectations for myself, or for the wider world. Accepting that I or more accurately the individual is not the greatest factor is, in my opinion, essential to not losing ones mind while trying to enact change
