Terrible Feeling

Ah damn it here it comes creeping back,
That terrible feeling like a heart attack,
Unsure what to do to deal with the stresses,
Lost with no clue how to clean all these messes,
'Overwhelmed by the simple' maybe some say,
Just a wreck of a person each and every day,
Do I lean too much or possibly too little,
On friends with no faces who might find me brittle?
I don't want to pester and I don't want to need,
Nor do I wish to make you watch me bleed,
Maybe I'm clinging to the tiniest of hope,
That somehow I'm not at the end of my rope.

Melancholic Isolation in Dark, Claustrophobic Atmosphere
A haunting portrait of a person on the edge, surrounded by chaos and disarray in a dimly lit room. Dark, muted colors and eerie textures evoke feelings of desperation and anxiety.
