Vadoma Cartolan

Sorcerous, mysterious, and ruthless, Vadoma Cartolan is a deceptive beauty, like all those that serve the Sapphire Queen. It is Vadoma's Romani tribe that serves as the human infrastructure of the Medieval District, keeping the year long Medieval Fair that provides the Sapphire Court with victims and money operating. Indeed, it is Vadoma and her people that help to select which tourists will become food for the vampires. Thus, it is important not to offend the gypsies in the Medieval District.
