A Star Map of the Milky Way Galaxy

This Star Map was found on an old computer in what is now believed to be a military complex on the planet Mars. Whoever had this star map must have been great at astronomy meaning that whatever civilization existed on mars had this level of knowledge and may have controlled either different planets or even entire star systems. But because the complex appears to have been abandoned which indicates that they must have been running from someone or something maybe the Space Vampires but for now that is just a guess.
