Lumeskimmers

Lumeskimmers Appearance Lumeskimmers are ray-like, gliding creatures with a wingspan of 2–3 feet, shaped like broad, undulating leaves or parchment fans. Their semi-transparent bodies glow faintly with captured starlight, especially under moonless skies, giving them the illusion of drifting constellations over the sea. Their undersides shimmer with a soft silver-blue, while their dorsal sides display a spectrum of ghostly hues — from pale violet to dusky pearl — depending on the lunar phase. Each Lumeskimmer bears a central eye-like rosette, which pulses when they commune or vanish.
