The Sylviri! Even their name is whispered in awe within Pangalaxia. Located on the other side of the galaxy, the planet Silva Aelika is the most "magical" planet of the universe. At the center of a "magical" nexus of power, the planet is a living being herself. Its strange, magical, surreal inhabitants don't call it "magic". They understand its underlying scientific principles and their term for it is "teleintentional technology". Telintech is what their civilization is based on. The Sylviri are loosely governed by a Court with a Queen and King at its head, but its functions are mostly ceremonial.
