The seed image came from Deep Dream Text2Dream in Artistic mode, where I ran it with the same prompt and using a previous result from Nightcafe as a seed. 
This sort of crossing over yields some more interesting results.

Running it now with DreamShaper v8  I get a result with a bare chested male as the central character (for a change) plus one virgin that is dressed, so no issues regarding unsafe for work. Good to go as PG. (Not so in my next one with a different mode, same settings).

Wow! How did you make it look so much like an IceWing?? Mine turn out like crap...

My objective wasn't actually an IceWing. My mom just told me to type in "an ice blue dragon" and this was 1/3 results. It ended up looking like one, so that is how I made it. Good luck and Merry Christmas!
