Seraphina and Alec met with nobles to discuss Kingdom affairs. Despite the critical glances, his confident stance won them over.
That night, as Alec gazed out, Seraphina backhugged him, praising his confidence. He pulled her in front, pinning her against the railing. She was surprised by his sudden change, like a switch had flipped.
"You've changed, Alec. Not that I mind," she admitted, locking eyes and looping her arms around his neck.
Alec harshly pulled her closer, his eyes darkening. "Don't call me that!" he hissed.
Startled, she asked why, but he demanded she call him by anything but his name
Her mind raced, recalling how he once loved hearing it.
The shift felt overwhelming.
He pecked her nose to catch her attention. She nodded, still processing his new side. He smiled, brushing his lips against hers softly before pulling her into a tight embrace, once again revealing his shifting moods.

Huff. This may be R rated. Beautifully written. Love the interaction between the Alec that takes initiative and act manly. I think it's drawn by having Val as his opponent to win over Sera's love.
Love the fountain scene. It looks regal and worthy to be in the castle. The backdrop is beautiful too.
