Challenge Criteria
Eeriecore focuses on quiet unease: a gap where either something is present that should not be, or vice versa. It includes (but is not limited to) these motifs and themes:
- Failures of Absence: A candle freshly lit in abandoned spaces, a radio softly playing in a vacant home, footprints with no source
- Failures of Presence: An empty rush hour road, a set table with no one home, normally busy places yet no one is around
- Thick fog, blue hour, overcast skies, contrasts in light and dark
- A feeling of watchful patience with quiet certainty that you’re not alone; beauty within unsettling stillness
Images breaking NightCafe community standards will be rejected.
All models and uploads are welcome. Just keep it on-theme and PG-13!
Boosted or not, I’ll tip the winner’s circle. Good luck! 🍀
