A world we allowed with our apathy, greed, and addiction to technology and material gains.
War, genocide and pathological virus weapons ravaged much of the 2nd and 3rd world. Population is now at less than 50% of the total from 200 years before.
The United Nations has morphed into a union of coperate monopolies, world royalty and the Vatican, now known as The Global Control Authority.
Mega cities known as Districts contain much of the human populace.
Quarantine Zones, Safe Zones and nuclear ravaged abandoned wastelands lie in between.
