jade (croissant)

Me and Raze have been staring at the painting for a while. We weren’t expecting much to happen, just appreciating the intricate details the painting has. That is, until someone comes in with a paper bag. I’m introduced to Jade, her brother. He said that he bought a croissant from the museum cafe in case she’s famished. However, he wished he could’ve bought another one, but I reassure him that it’s fine because I’m not hungry anyway. As he took a bite on his croissant, he glances at a still life painting behind us. It’s a still life of cheeses, almonds, and pretzels, arranged on a table against a dark background. The details of the cheese wheel caught my attention, and so does her brother. We got ourselves feel hungry after that.
