They're said to be extremely efficient little killers but that's fine since they're killing for food. All members of the weasel family are like that and it doesn't make them the least but less lovable. I see you love stoats too. I watched a documentary years back about a stoat who lived by/at a farm in France, and its relationship with the farmer. It was a lovely story type documentary and I wish I could find it again. When I think of the thousands of stoats that were killed to make royal robes, it's sickening. Sadly, animals are still trapped or farmed so people can wear their dead bodies.
I love the colors here! I also love how the animal has a purplish hue to its fur and then a redish one closer to the tail!
