Breaking News:
An international team of archeologists has confirmed the discovery of man-made structures on the Adrar Plateau, Mauritania. Prof Yitzah Hoakes, spokesperson for the team, says preliminary excavations confirm the findings of a survey of the site conducted last year using ground-penetrating radar. "There can be no doubt this is an ancient city. Probably a very important one, based on its size." The Richart structure, also known as the "Eye of the Saharah" has recently been the the focus of speculation that it might be the site of the legendary city of Atlantis.
"It's too early to be absolutely certain about that," said Hoakes, "but we are very excited by the find."
With thanks to @siobhantheonly for the inspiration.

I have just read that Dr. Emmett "Doc" Brown, back from his recent travels with Miss Takken, have added their support and confirm that this is not just a hoax.
"Given the evolution of technology these days, we are able to 'terminate' myths sooner and who knows what we will uncover in the next 3.156e+16 Nanoseconds!?"
They also congratulate Prof. H and his team leader, Karel "Charlie" Bruin, on their remarkable discovery and imagery.
How amazing would that be? Such a great creation
