To a dwarf, I don't think they'd see that as a "big" beard. lol
As to messed up hands, AI just loves to mess up faces (especially eyes) and extremities. Maybe try using a negative prompt - use one of the ones that's already saved. With some luck, you might do better with the odd body parts AI likes to create.
I did my last dnd character on here. Still perfecting it cause AI doesn't always listen!
The only problem is that the hand is a lil messed up but hey it'll work for the campaign
