Flux
--you can switch out those names with whatever you want: "Zelda inspired One Piece artwork" or "Moebius inspired Naruto artwork" etc.
--you can also take out the "sparkling water reflections" to get a dry scene, or add other setting details
this is the same image run through Crystal Clear with refiner OFF:
DALL-E doesn't get it (probably needs to be converted to narrative prompt):
