I never have used the double :: and don't understand what it's effect is besides potentially being just spacing.
I like the "Vibrant" preset style if that is the colorful expresionism'esch quality attributed to the image. Excellent use of a two positive prompts, stylization, and word choice to get the "Harry Potter" aesthetic! 🪄🧙♂️🫡
