Technically those wings are coming out of the back of his head!! I've been there so many times and lost sooooo many credits. Now, when I do fairies or angels I always add "with fairy (angel) wings attached to the middle of the back." It seems to work.

Much better than the fourth try but what does the AI think wings grow out of their head!!!
