Hypersymptomatic Carrier

So with COVID those of us less familiar with virology and epidemiology became familiar with the idea of an asymptomatic carrier - somebody who is shedding virus (or bacteria, as this phenomenon is not confined just to viral pathogens). I’m a huge reader of science of all sorts so this idea was old hat to me - the idea of a superspreader was lnot new to me but I was much less familiar with it.

So this then is a superspreader, but with the advanced and extreme nature of her malformations due to the unknown pathogen at work here I dub her a hypersymptomatic carrier since the symptoms aeem to have gone hyperactive!
