Mini- Novel in French and English below : « Je ne vais pas pleurer sur ce monde-là. De toute façon, je ne l’aimais pas. Mais je n’imaginais pas qu’il finirait comme ça ! Quand la guerre a commencé, je me souviens, j’étais dans un café avec une amie. Elle me disait : « Cass’, ce qu’il te faut pour être enfin heureuse dans ta vie, c’est un mec. Tu serais en couple comme moi, tu ne verrais pas les choses comme ça, aussi noires et tristes. » C’est à ce moment-là qu’il y a eut les premières images à la télé. La guerre. La première attaque. Sur le moment, ni elle ni moi, nous n’y avons fait attention. Une guerre ? Encore une… Voilà. C’est tout. Évidemment, ce n’était pas « tout ».
